How to Order
Accessing Stationery Online
First Time Users - You can browse Stationery Online but to place an order you need to register. You can register at any time or you will be prompted to register when checking out your shopping basket.
Existing Customers - Existing users should login to view your pricing, order and account information and custom favourites and product catalogue.
Browsing Products
Stationery Online's product catalogue has several sub-sections including:
- Office Products
- Business Stationery and Printing
- Wedding Invitations
- DIY Stationery for any Special Occasion
- Birth Announcements and Christening Invitations
- Christmas Cards
Select the Product Group that best fits what you are looking for and you will then be presented with a list of categories to further refine the product you are looking for.
My Favourites - Displays a list of designs/products that you have added to your favourites list when browsing our product catalogue. This feature is only displayed for registered users.
My Products - Displays a list of products that you have ordered from Stationery Online. This allows you to easily reorder products and is only displayed for registered users.
My Orders - Displays a list of the orders you have placed with Stationery Online. You can check the status of your order and also view the items for each order.
Searching for Products
You can search for products based on the product code and/or description within each product group. You can enter partial details, such as the product brand, colour, design name or product type and a list of products will be returned matching your criteria.

Ordering Products
Adding a product to your Shopping Basket
To add an item to your shopping basket, simply enter the quantity you require and select order. If you have not logged on or have not yet registered you will be prompted to do so. The item will be added to your basket and the My Shopping Basket tab will be updated showing the number of items in your basket and the total price of the items.
Custom Printed or Personalised Items
When adding a custom printed or personalised item to your shopping basket. You will be presented with a range of options to be completed, such as print colour, typestyle, layout, wording options and copy. To proceed through these, simply make the selections or complete the fields as requested and select the next button in the top right. The last step is to confirm the item details.
My Shopping Basket
Displays the contents of your current shopping basket. My Shopping Baskets also allows you to quickly add products to your basket based on the product code. Simply enter the product code and select add to basket. Once you have added all the products you require, select Checkout Order at the bottom of the basket, to place your order.
Order Checkout
In order to checkout you order, you will need to:
- Confirm the item you have ordered
- Enter your shipping details
- Proceed to our secure payment page
Once complete you will be presented with an order confirmation page giving your order number, which should be used for any queries about your order.
Payment Options
Credit Card - We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, American Express and Diners.
Cheque or Money Order - For Australian customers, we are happy to accept a cheque or money order. Please post the payment once you have placed your order. Your order will be despatched once the payment has been cleared.
Direct Deposit, EFT or BPAY - Once your order is placed will provide our account details for you to arrange payment. Please advise us via email with your order reference, when you have made the payment.
Account - Account facilities are available to approved Australian Business customers only. Please contact us if you would like to open an account.
